How to check if your company is registered on InvoiceNow

Reading your InvoiceNow status on Company Profile, or searching the SG Peppol Directory before you sign up with AveriWorks.

InvoiceNow Last updated 29 October 2026

Your company is registered on InvoiceNow when it has an InvoiceNow ID, also called a Peppol ID, on the nationwide e-invoicing network. Where you check depends on whether you already use AveriWorks.

If you already use AveriWorks

Open System ManagerCompany Profile and scroll to the InvoiceNow section. What it shows tells you where you stand:

  • Registered. The status reads Activated, and your InvoiceNow ID is shown below it. That is the ID to give customers and suppliers who want to exchange e-invoices with you.
  • Waiting for Corppass. The section is headed Pending Activation. Registration has been requested, but nobody has authorised it in Corppass yet. See What can stop you.
  • Not registered through AveriWorks. The section shows only the Activate InvoiceNow button. Your company may still be registered with another InvoiceNow provider. Search the directory below before you activate.

GST InvoiceNow, which sends your invoice data to IRAS, has its own status lower in the same section. It is a separate activation. See Activate GST InvoiceNow.

If you do not use AveriWorks yet

  1. Go to the SG Peppol Directory at www.peppoldirectory.sg.
  2. Under Directory Search, type your company's name or UEN into the search box and press Enter.
  3. If your company is listed, it is already registered on InvoiceNow with a provider. If it is not, it has no InvoiceNow ID yet.

The same search works for a customer or supplier you want to exchange e-invoices with.

If another provider registered you

The network lets only one provider hold your InvoiceNow ID at a time. To use it in AveriWorks, ask your current provider to de-register it. Once they confirm it is done, activate InvoiceNow here. See Register your InvoiceNow ID.

If you activate before it has been de-registered, you see "… is already registered on the InvoiceNow network."

If you are not registered

Activate InvoiceNow on System ManagerCompany Profile. Your InvoiceNow ID is created from your UEN or GST registration number. See Register your InvoiceNow ID.

What can stop you

  • The directory lists your company, but Company Profile does not show Activated. Another provider holds your InvoiceNow ID. Ask them to de-register it, as described above.
  • You cannot open Company Profile. Only the owner and roles that include the company profile can see it. Ask an administrator to check for you.
