Yes. A transmission that fails does not lock the document. Fix what caused it, then send it again with the same button you used the first time.
Check the status
- On the list. The InvoiceNow column on SalesInvoice and the other document lists shows each document's latest status.
- On the document. A badge beside the title shows the latest status. The InvoiceNow tab lists every transmission, and its Details column shows the reason for a failure in red.
- Across documents. GST InvoiceNowSubmission Report lists every transmission to IRAS in a date range, with an Errors column.
What each status means:
- Pending — handed over and waiting for the network to pick it up.
- Sent — accepted by the network, not yet confirmed as delivered.
- Delivered — received. There is nothing more to do.
- Failed — rejected. The Details column says why.
Statuses update by themselves. Refresh the page to see the latest one.

Needs GST InvoiceNow Bulk Submission on your planIf it keeps failing
If the same document fails again after you have corrected what the error describes, raise a support ticket rather than resubmitting it repeatedly.
- Open SupportSupport Ticket and click New Ticket.
- Indicate the document number in the subject.
- In the description, paste the error from the InvoiceNow tab and say when you last submitted the document.
- Click Submit Ticket.
- If nothing appears on the InvoiceNow tab a few minutes after you submitted, the document never reached the network. Raise a ticket the same way instead of clicking again.
- If you see PEP-0001An InvoiceNow submission for this document is still in progress. the earlier attempt is still in progress. Wait for it to finish before trying again.
